Our opening hours are presently Monday to Friday 8am-4pm and we are closed Saturdays and Sundays. Please contact us on 01227 712913 during these hours to place your order. Please note that in order to comply with distancing guidelines we have a reduced number of staff working in our office and our phone lines and emails are very busy at the moment. This means we may not be able to answer phone calls or respond to emails as quickly as normal – we appreciate your patience.
Orders for collection will be positioned in our customer parking area ready for self-loading. We will arrange the collection day and time with you when you place your order and make payment.
Deliveries will be contact-free and are to kerbside/front garden. We will give you a delivery day when you place your order and make payment, please allow approximately 1 week for delivery for stock items.
