Bespoke Buildings
Bespoke building to customers design for Chilham tennis club. Project included: Concrete base and soak away, Heavy duty feather edge external cladding and Tapco roof slate in pewter grey, Wood grain double glazed window units. Insulated and finished ready for others to decorate.
This Bespoke building is vertically clad with pressure treated tongue and groove v-joint and part hit n miss to rear wall of sheltered area, woodgrain upvc double glazed French doors and window units, Cedar wood shingles for the roof covering, white wood tongue and groove internal clad over 70mm PIR foam board insulation.
The building was built to Architect plans due to the building requiring planning permission.
The walls/ceiling and floor were insulated then plaster boarded plus plaster finish/tongue and grooved mix before being painted by customer.
Double glazed, tapco roof slate and we fitted the air con as part of the project.
Built to customers plans and external cladding in heavy duty feather-edge all pressure treated.
Three sided building to customers’ requirements, built in tongue and groove loglap, insulated and internally clad in whitewood cladding, EPDM rubber roof.
